Can I customise the colour and look of my custom moulds?
We offer custom-fit moulds in multiple colours and deisigns. Customisations like logos and prints are also possible on a case-by-case basis - ask us about your design via direct message on instagram or email.
How about your collab pieces, can I have them as my faceplates?
Aside from the allocated styles, customisation for our collab pieces are not available for Universal-fit moulds. However, they are possible for our Custom-fit moulds, though subjected to availability - ask us about it via direct message on instagram or email.
Do you need my ear impressions? How can I ship them to you?
We will only need your ear impressions if you are doing a Custom-fit mould with us. We recommend getting open-mouthed impressions taken till the second bend of the ear canal. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the payment of your custom-mould order for the confirmation of our shipping details and ear impression requirements.

What are your opening hours at the workshop?
We are open everyday from 1000 - 1900, Tuesdays to Saturdays. We recommend coming by if you'd like to give our demos a listen. Please let us know in advance via Call, Email or Direct Message ( Instagram ) if you are coming so we can make sure that there are no schedule clashes.
What is the lead time for my order?
Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks from your date of purchase for custom IEMs.
Can I have custom moulds made for my FATfreq IEMs?
Yes, we have custom-fit options for all our builds. They are, however, not for sale here on our website. For custom moulds or CIEMs, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us via instragram at instagram.com/fatfreq.
